Spiritual Strategic Journey [SSJ] Leadership Community Web-Based Seminar prepares the pastor, staff, and lay leadership to lead their own congregation through an SSJ process.

This service is intended for congregations who are ready to engage in their own SSJ process once they learn the principles and practices in a web-based learning experience, and only need minimal coaching.

Preparation: Identify the SSJ Leadership Community [a minimum of seven people and a maximum of 35], recruit them to attend the training, and have them read the book, Pursuing the Full Kingdom Potential of Your Congregation.

Engagement: Six class hours in a web-based seminar, two hours per week, for three successive weeks. [Simultaneous access to the Internet and a telephone is required for each participant.]

Deliverables: The training is the primary deliverable.

Optional: Beyond the web-based seminar, a Strategic Leadership Coach can be made available to the SSJ Leadership Community for twice monthly telecoaching for as many months as it is needed to have an excellent SSJ process.

SSJ Fee: $1,000 for the six class hours of the web-based seminar.

Follow-Up Coaching: Telecoaching is available for $300 per month. For ongoing coaching there is a four month minimum.
