Spiritual Strategic Journey [SSJ] Leadership Community Learning Experience prepares the pastor, staff, and lay leadership to lead their own congregation through an SSJ process.

This service is intended for congregations who are ready to engage in their own SSJ process once they learn the principles and practices in a live learning experience, and only need minimal coaching.

Preparation: Identify the SSJ Leadership Community [a minimum of seven people and a maximum of 35], recruit them to attend the training, and have them read the book, Pursuing the Full Kingdom Potential of Your Congregation.

Engagement: Twelve class hours in a learning experience either on-site with the congregation or off-site at a training or leadership center--perhaps with other congregational leadership communities present. On-site with the congregation the learning experience can be Friday night, Saturday, and conclude on Sunday afternoon. Off-site the learning experiences might begin at lunch on day one and end at supper on day two. Other schedule models will also work.

Deliverables: The training is the primary deliverable.

Follow-Up: Up to six telecoaching sessions of approximately 50 minutes each are available to the congregation as part of the training within 90 days after the training.

Optional: Beyond the 90 days, a Strategic Leadership Coach can be made available to the SSJ Leadership Community for twice monthly telecoaching for as many months as it is needed to have an excellent SSJ process.

SSJ Fee: The On-Site fee is a flat fee of $3,000-$4,000 inclusive of all travel-related expenses. The Off-Site cost is $350 per person for the first seven people from a single congregation, and then $125 per person thereafter.

Optional Fee: Telecoaching is available for $300 per month. For ongoing coaching there is a four month minimum.
