Telecoaching Version of Spiritual Strategic Journey [SSJ] Congregational Cluster Process involves three to seven congregations in a cluster experience to develop their future story of ministry and a movement to live into this story as they move toward their full kingdom potential. This version is totally done by web seminars and teleconference calls.

This offering is intended exclusively for congregations under 100 in average and/or who are scattered over a large geographic area where meeting at a common place is less feasible. Some quality is loss, particularly at the point of creating a sense of community between the participating congregations, which lowers the positive nature of accountability. But, it is the best offering for a cluster of all smaller membership congregations scattered over a wide geographic area.

Preparation: Recruit three to seven congregations to participate in the cluster experience, identify their leadership community for the process, and schedule an orientation telecoaching call for each congregation.

Engagement: Engage in twice monthly telecoaching for the pastor and two other leaders from each congregation. The process will typically take twelve months to complete.

Optional: The congregations may choose for their leadership communities to meet together for a day of sharing and dialogue a couple of time during the twelve months. They would facilitate these themselves, or a third-party in their local area might assist them.

Deliverables: The congregations are coached in developing their future story of ministry, and their plan for living into that story.

Follow-Up: The congregations can choose to contract for coaching for one or more of its leaders, or for coaching every 120 days following the year-long process to assist them in continually updating their future story.

SSJ Cluster Fee: $300 per month per congregation is charged for the twelve month process.

Follow-Up Coaching Fee: Telecoaching is available for $300 per month per congregation. For ongoing coaching there is a four month minimum.
