Chad is a leading coach and developer of talent for churches and companies across North America.

Chad works for SAS Institute, Inc. as a Global Consultant for Training and Developement. In this role, he trains managers and coaches executives in order to provide improved leadership for the world's largest privately held software company.

Chad is a well-trained and highly experienced coach. He received his Professional Certified Coach status from the International Coach Federation in August 2007. He is also the co-author of Coaching for Christian Leaders: A Practical Guide (Chalice Press, 2007).

He is amazed at what God is up to in this world and considers it a privilege that God uses people like himself (and you!) to move forward God's perfect reign. Along with the other TCP Ministry Partners, He looks forward to walking alongside you as you discover the next step God has for you.

Chad has served Christ's church as a pastor, church planter and served for nearly eight years as a consultant with the Baptist State Convention of NC. His experience ranges from coaching and leadership development to emerging and innovative ministries.

When not writing, coaching or training, you can find him hanging out in his backyard with his wife, Holly, their three small children and the neighbors with whom they do life.
