In addition to providing quality Christian Coaching, The Columbia Partnership also offers various levels of coach training for those who are interested in becoming certified as Christian Coaches.

Level 1--Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching is a highly structured, biblically grounded process aimed at providing tools to 21^st century Christian leaders to enable them to help congregations "be" and "do" those things to which God has called them. This training is offered in cooperation with Lake Hickory Learning Communities and is hosted by Hollifield Leadership Center.

Designed for those interested in working with congregational leadership, Christian Leadership coaching is a 5-part process which gives leaders tools to coach individuals and teams in various areas of ministry. Training in this process takes place through the Hollifield Leadership Center's Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching emphasis. Completion of all five components earns Valwood's Certification in Christian Leadership Coaching.

Level 2--Fast Track Coach Training is an intense, advanced process for taking coaching to a higher level. This process includes eight modules, held at Hollifield Leadership Center over four weeks throughout the year.
