Contract with a LLJ Coach who will work with you …

• as an individual or as part of a team
• to apply the Lead Like Jesus principles and
• to customize the LLJ concepts to your ministry.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful way of relating that supports persons in realizing their dreams and fulfilling their potential. Unlike consultants or mentors, coaches believe you are the expert. By listening, asking questions, giving feedback, and encouraging, a coach pulls out solutions from within you. Coaching works by facilitating your discovery of the best solutions to fit your journey.

How LLJ Coaching works

You and your LLJ Coach will talk for two hours each month via telephone. The coaching conversations will help you get focused on one aspect of what it means to Lead Like Jesus in your life right now. You will explore possibilities, identify barriers, and take note of opportunities. Each coaching session will conclude with you committing to one or more new actions that move you closer to being a leader more like Jesus. Over the course of several coaching sessions, you will succeed in taking great action and begin building powerful habits for leading like Jesus.

LLJ Coaches

Each LLJ Coach combines years of coaching experience with a knowledge and appreciation of the LLJ principles. Your LLJ Coach is a trained coach and brings more than one hundred hours of ministry coaching experience to bear on your goal of leading like Jesus. The Columbia Partnership also has two premium levels of LLJ Coaching available with coaches who have over 700 hours (approximately 3 years) and 2500 hours (10 years) of coaching experience.

In-person coaching is also available for ½ day and full days. Pricing varies with the individual LLJ Coaches and does not include travel costs. For pricing and additional details on in-person coaching (with you or a team), contact Carla Ingram.
