Look for a new coaching book being released this spring. Written for leaders and managers who want to use or expand coaching in their ministries, Coaching in Organizations: Best Coaching Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies, by Madeleine Homan and Linda Miller, introduces the Blanchard coaching methodology and application. Intended to deepen skills and awarensss about coaching, this book shares a variety of applications for coaching, including leadership development, creating a coaching climate, and coaching as a follow-up to learning events.

Coaching in Organizations, in conjunction with Christ-Centered Coaching: Seven Benefits for Ministry Leaders, by Jane Creswell, and Coaching for Christian Leaders: A Practice Guide, by Linda Miller and Chad Hall, gives a thorough look at coaching skills, models, applications, and benefits for coaching in not-fo-profit and for-profit organizations.
