Who Are We?

Our Story

The Columbia Partnership began ministering together in 2005, when eleven men and women combined their ministry efforts to better serve Christ and his church. The partnership soon grew beyond the founding partners and today includes nearly thirty Ministry Associates. TCP brings the diverse strengths, skills, capacities and experiences of our Ministry Partners and Ministry Associates to bear for you and your church. Our story is to help you live into God's story.

Our Purpose:

Transforming the Church for Vital Ministry

The Columbia Partnership is a community of Christian leaders seeking to transform the capacity of the North American Protestant church to pursue and sustain vital Christ-centered ministry.

Our Focus:

Primarily serving congregations, denominations, educational institutions, leadership development programs, and parachurch organizations, the Partnership also seeks to connect with individuals, businesses, and other organizations seeking a Christ-centered spiritual focus.

Our Services:

We provide coaching, consulting, speaking, presenting of seminars/learning experiences, future planning, publications, networking and brokering of knowledge and services.

Our Commitments:

Holding one another and preferred-providers to the highest standards of ethics and performance, the members of the Partnership honor the ethos and theological tradition of each Christian communion served. Rather than fostering dependency, we seek to develop the capacities of leaders and organizations for learning, change and transformation.
